Individuals interested in becoming a Helper on our platform will need to provide the following to ensure client trust and safety:
Criminal Record Screening Certificate (mandatory for all applicants): Apply through the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary – Criminal Records Screening Certificate.

Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check (mandatory if working with vulnerable individuals): Apply through the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary – Criminal Records & Vulnerable Sector Check.

​Personal Liability Insurance: Recommended as you will be operating as an independent contractor.
Photo: Submit a clear photo (chest up) with a light background, wearing professional clothing. Preferably no selfies.
Photo ID: Copy of photo ID to verify your identity. Not displayed on website.

First Aid: Recommended for working with children and elderly community.

Contact Information: Your contact details will not be visible on the website.
Services and Operational Area: Specify the services you will offer and your preferred areas of operation.
Resume: Submit a professional resume for posting on the platform.
Short Bio: Write a one-paragraph bio to introduce yourself on the platform.
References: Provide three references, two from past employers and one from a community member who is not related to you. Include their Name, Title/Position, e-mail address and phone number. Contact information of your references will not be displayed on the website.
Interview: After submission, you will undergo an in-person interview as part of the acceptance process.
