Who can use your services?Our services are available to anyone who needs help with everyday tasks – busy professionals, parents, seniors, more. If you have a task that needs doing, we’re here to help!

How do I book a service?Booking is easy! Book here, pay a deposit and final cost will be invoiced after the job. Notes: - Minimum appointment time must be two hours - Multiple appointments have to be selected separately. Use "Add to cart" feature to check out as a single order.

Do I need to book in advance?While we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, we also offer last-minute services whenever possible. Just contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I schedule recurring services?Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling options, including one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll create a plan that works for you.

How much do your services cost?Hourly rates displayed for each of our services. These rates go directly to the helpers. TIPS go 100% to Helpers A 12.5% - 20% administration fee is charged per booking.

Who will be completing my tasks?Our team consists of experienced, professional, and thoroughly vetted individuals (criminal record certificate, references, photo ID check, in-person interview) who are passionate about helping others. You can trust that your tasks are in good hands.

How can I apply to be a helper?Gather documents and fill in application form online. If you do not have your criminal record certificate currently, then go ahead and fill in and submit the application form to start building your profile, then send it in once received. You will not be booked until you submit your criminal record certificate. Prior experience performing the positions that you are applying for will be an advantage, so please include on your resume. Documents required: - Criminal record certificate (this is mandatory, you can submit form and then submit this when you receive from RCMP) - Vulnerable sector check (mandatory for working with vulnerable sector) - Copy of photo ID (mandatory) - Profile pic for website, please avoid selfies (mandatory) - Resume (mandatory) - Three references with contact details (mandatory) - First aid (recommended for working with children and elderly) - Personal liability insurance details (recommended) SIGN UP TO BE A HELPER | We Help Moms Inc.
